Nothing is deleted when a trial ends. Here is the sequence.
Before it ends
From seven days out, a banner appears at the top of the app with the date your trial ends and a link to choose a plan. You can subscribe at any point — the remaining trial days are not lost, your plan simply begins.
The day it ends
Access does not stop at midnight. There is a 48-hour grace period after the trial end date, during which the app keeps working and the banner turns red.
After the grace period
The app shows a "choose a plan" screen instead of your dashboard. At this point:
- Your data is safe. Nothing is deleted, archived or altered.
- You can still sign in, open the billing pages and pay.
- Choosing a plan restores access immediately — you land back exactly where you were.
If you do not want to continue
You do not need to do anything. There is no card on file to charge and no cancellation to perform.
Getting back in later
Subscribe whenever you like, even months later. Your organisation, users and records are still there.
