Kinxso Distribution
Distribution & Wholesale
Know what went out on the van, and what came back
Beats, order booking, van sales and recovery for distributors — with a day-end settlement that reconciles stock and cash against what actually left the godown.
Product preview coming soon
We're putting together a live look at the Kinxso Distribution dashboard.
Where a distribution business quietly loses money
If more than one of these sounds like your week, this is the part the product fixes.
“What left on the van and what came back never quite reconcile, and by the time anyone checks it is a week old.”
A load sheet when the van goes out, sales recorded from it, and an end-of-day settlement of stock and cash against the load. Differences surface the same day, while someone still remembers.
“Credit is given at the shop door and chased months later.”
Credit limits and terms sit on the customer and are enforced when the order is booked — before the goods are on a van. Ageing and a recovery screen show who owes what, and for how long.
“Stock is in three godowns and two vans, and the figure is whatever the last count said.”
Stock is held per location, including vans, and moves through transfers and receipts rather than edits. Batches and expiry dates are tracked where the goods need them.
“Expiry is discovered on the shelf, as a write-off.”
An expiring-stock view shows what is about to turn, early enough to discount or move it instead of writing it off.
“Commission is argued about every month from two different spreadsheets.”
Salesman and driver commission is worked out from the orders and deliveries actually recorded, so both sides are reading the same figures.
Running by the end of the day
No implementation project, no consultant, no server to buy.
Load the beat
Set up your beats and the shops on them, with the salesman who owns each. The day assembles itself from that rather than from somebody’s memory.
Book or sell
Pre-sell books today for delivery tomorrow; van sales sells from the vehicle at the shop door. Both are supported, because most distributors run both.
Settle the day
At the end of the run, stock returned and cash collected are reconciled against the load sheet and the invoices raised. A short van is a question asked the same evening.
Recover and post
Recovery works from the ageing list, and every invoice, return, payment and expense posts to a real double-entry ledger underneath.
The day-end settlement that will not fudge
Most systems treat van stock as a note. Here a van is a stock location, so a load sheet is a transfer and the settlement is a count — the same arithmetic the warehouse uses.
- Load sheet when the van leaves, against real godown stock
- Sell, return and collect from the vehicle
- Stock and cash reconciled against the load at day end
- Differences attributed to a named run, not to the month
Beats & Order Booking
Plan the beat, book the order at the shop, and see which calls actually produced one.
Van Sales
Load the van, sell from it, and settle stock and cash at the end of the day against what went out.
Counted where it actually is
Warehouses, vans and transit are all locations. Goods move between them by recorded movements, so a figure that is wrong is a question with a trail rather than a mystery.
- Batches and expiry where the goods need them
- Purchase orders through to goods receipts
- Transfers between godowns and vans
- An expiring-stock view early enough to act on
Stock by Godown
Batches, expiry and transfers across warehouses and vans — so stock is counted where it actually is.
Credit & Recovery
Credit limits enforced when the order is booked, not after the goods are on a van. Ageing and recovery built in.
A real ledger, not a sales report
Sales, purchases, returns, expenses and payments post to a chart of accounts, so the position you report is the one the transactions produced.
- Credit limits enforced at order time
- Ageing and recovery from the same data
- Vouchers and expenses against the right accounts
- Commission from what was recorded, not re-keyed
Commission
Salesman and driver commission worked out from what was recorded, so the conversation starts from the same figures.
Double-Entry Ledger
Purchases, sales, returns and expenses post to a real chart of accounts — no separate books.

Before you start
Yes. Most distributors run both, so both are first-class rather than one being a workaround for the other.
Yes, per product — so the products that need it have it and the ones that do not are not cluttered by it.
No. A double-entry ledger is built in, and sales, purchases, returns and expenses post to it as you work.
Yes. Several agencies sit under one account, each with its own stock and books, and one subscription covers them.
