Do all plans include a free trial?
Yes — all cloud products (POS Cloud, Real Estate, RestaurantOS, Accounts) include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. The desktop POS is not a subscription at all — it is bought once and yours to keep.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you're charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes — paying annually saves you 17% compared to monthly billing across all products.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments via Stripe — Pakistan-based customers are billed in PKR, international customers in USD.
Can I use multiple products with one account?
Yes — one Kinxso account gives you access to all products you subscribe to. Billing is consolidated into a single invoice.
What kind of support is included?
All plans include email support. Professional plans include priority support. Enterprise plans include a dedicated account manager and SLA.
Is the desktop POS a one-time purchase?
Yes. You buy a Kinxso POS desktop licence once and keep it, including updates — there is no monthly or annual fee and nothing renews. Pick an edition, add any optional modules, and we email your activation code.
How does the 14-day trial work?
You get full access to all features of the plan you choose. No credit card needed. At day 14, you'll be prompted to choose a plan or your account is paused (no data deleted).
