The problem

The things that cost you a sale

If more than one of these sounds like your week, this is the part the product fixes.

“The internet drops during rush hour and the till stops.”

The desktop POS keeps a full local database. You keep selling, printing and taking payment; it syncs when the connection returns.

“FBR receipts are a separate, manual chore.”

Fiscal receipts are issued as part of the sale, with your NTN and STRN on them, and queued for submission if FBR is unreachable.

“Nobody knows what stock is really on the shelf.”

Every sale, return, purchase and adjustment moves stock the moment it happens, with low-stock alerts before you run out.

“Staff mistakes are invisible until the count does not add up.”

Cashier, manager and admin roles, shift open and close with cash counted in and out, and an audit line for every action.

How it works

Running by the end of the day

No implementation project, no consultant, no server to buy.

1

Install on your till

One Windows installer, about two minutes. No server to rent, no IT contractor to call.

2

Load your products

Import a spreadsheet or scan items in one by one. Barcodes, prices, tax rates and suppliers come with them.

3

Start selling

Scan, take cash, card or khata credit, split a bill, print or share the receipt. The drawer opens as it should.

4

Close the shift

Count the cash, print the shift report, and see what sold and what is running low.

On the counter

Built for the speed of a real queue

The till is keyboard-first, so a trained cashier never has to reach for the mouse. Scan, quantity, pay, next customer.

  • Barcode scanner and thermal printer work as plugged in
  • Split payment across cash, card and credit
  • Customer khata with a credit limit that is actually enforced
  • Returns and exchanges against the original receipt
On the counter

Inventory Management

Real-time stock tracking, low-stock alerts, purchase orders, and return-to-vendor.

FBR Integration

Fiscal receipt generation, NTN/STRN fields, and automatic FBR submission queue.

Stock that matches the shelf

Purchases, returns to vendor, damages and transfers all move the same stock figure, so the number you see is the number you have.

  • Purchase orders and supplier bills
  • Batch and expiry tracking for pharmacies and groceries
  • Low-stock and expiry alerts before they bite
  • Stock takes with a variance report you can act on
Behind the counter

Offline-First

SQLite local database keeps working without internet. Syncs automatically when connectivity returns.

Thermal Printer & Barcode

Plug-and-play support for thermal receipt printers and USB/serial barcode scanners.

More than one till

Several terminals, one shop

Terminals on the same network share one set of products, prices and stock, so two cashiers cannot sell the last item twice.

  • LAN sync between terminals
  • Per-terminal shift reports
  • Manager approval for discounts and voids
  • Works on modest hardware — no new PCs needed

Questions

Before you start

Still not sure?

Tell us what you run and we will tell you honestly whether this fits.

Ask us

Yes. The desktop POS keeps its data in a local database on your machine. Selling, printing and stock all work offline; anything that needs the internet, such as FBR submission, queues and goes out when you are back online.

Any reasonably modern Windows PC or laptop. Thermal receipt printers, USB and serial barcode scanners and cash drawers are supported as standard — if Windows sees the device, so does the POS.

Yes. You enter your own NTN, STRN and FBR credentials, and receipts are issued with the fiscal details on them.

Yes. Terminals on the same network share products, prices and stock. The Standard licence covers up to three terminals; Pro covers unlimited terminals per shop.

No. The desktop POS is bought once and is yours to keep — there is no monthly fee and no renewal. You choose an edition, add any modules you want, and we email you a licence key to enter at first launch. Adding a module later is another one-time purchase.

No. If you do want branch-wide reporting from anywhere, POS Cloud exists, but the desktop app is a complete product on its own.

Try Kinxso POS on your own business

Buy the licence once, install it on your own machine, and it keeps working — no monthly fee, and your data never leaves your counter.
