The problem

What goes wrong between the order and the plate

If more than one of these sounds like your week, this is the part the product fixes.

“Orders reach the kitchen on paper and get lost or misread.”

Orders land on a kitchen display the moment they are taken, with what is ready and what is waiting.

“You never know which dishes actually make money.”

Recipe costing puts a real food cost against every dish, so the margin on your bestseller is a number, not a hope.

“Delivery and dine-in are tracked in different places.”

Dine-in, takeaway, delivery and QR self-ordering all produce the same order, in the same queue, with the same reporting.

“Waste and staff meals quietly eat the profit.”

Waste, damage and staff consumption are recorded against stock, so the gap between sold and used is visible.

How it works

Running by the end of the day

No implementation project, no consultant, no server to buy.

1

Add your menu

Categories, items, prices and options. Import what you have or type in the twenty dishes that matter.

2

Lay out your tables

Sections and tables as they are in the room, so a waiter taps the right one.

3

Take the first order

On the POS, from a table, or from a customer’s phone through your QR menu.

4

Watch the kitchen

Tickets appear on the kitchen display, get marked ready, and the floor knows without shouting.

Service

The floor, in the order it happens

Tables, courses, split bills and transfers between tables — the things that actually happen during a busy service.

  • Table sections and live table status
  • Split and merge bills
  • Takeaway and delivery in the same queue
  • QR menu ordering from the customer’s phone

The books

Food cost, not guesswork

Recipes consume ingredients, ingredients have prices, and a dish has a cost. Reporting tells you the margin per dish and per day.

  • Recipe costing per dish
  • Ingredient stock and purchases
  • Waste, damage and staff meals
  • Daily sales, shift and profit reports
The books

Questions

Before you start

Still not sure?

Tell us what you run and we will tell you honestly whether this fits.

Ask us

No. They scan the code, the menu opens in their browser, and the order goes straight into your queue.

Yes. Outlets sit under one account, and you can switch between them or report across all of them. Plans differ by how many outlets and users you need.

Yes — the POS and kitchen display are browser-based and work on a tablet, a laptop or a touchscreen till.

Ingredient prices and what goes into each dish. There is a wizard for the first setup, and you can start with the dishes that matter and add the rest later.

Cash, card, mobile wallets and split payments are all recorded, including partial payments on the same bill.

Choose a plan in the app. If you do not, the account pauses — menus, orders and history are kept, and paying brings it straight back.
