Can I use POS without internet?
Yes. Kinxso POS runs entirely on your PC with a local database. Internet is only needed for FBR submission, license activation, and updates.
How do updates work?
The app checks for updates every time it starts. Updates download in background and install on the next restart. You will never need to manually download a new setup file.
Can I run POS on multiple PCs?
Yes — your licence covers a set number of terminals on the same local network, and the Pro edition is unlimited. Each PC runs its own instance synced via LAN.
Is it a subscription?
No. A Kinxso POS licence is a one-time purchase — you pay once and keep the software, including updates. There is no monthly fee and nothing to renew.
Is my data backed up automatically?
Yes. Kinxso POS automatically backs up your database daily to the Documents folder. You can also set a custom backup path in Settings.
How do I get support?
Every licence includes WhatsApp support during business hours. Pro licences get priority response with a same-day resolution target.
