Terms of Service

Effective date: August 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Kinxso's software products — including Kinxso POS, Kinxso POS Cloud, Kinxso Real Estate, RestaurantOS, Kinxso Accounts, and Kinxso CRM (each a "Product," together the "Products") — provided by Kinxso ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using any Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts & Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle, in the currency shown at checkout (PKR for Pakistan-based customers via PayFast, USD for international customers via Stripe).
Prices may vary by region, as shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. Stripe-billed subscriptions renew automatically by card charge; PayFast-billed subscriptions require completing a new payment each cycle (PayFast does not support automatic recurring charges) — we will email a renewal link ahead of the due date.

3. Free Trials

Trials, where offered, give full access to the selected plan's features for the stated trial period. No payment is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, continued access requires an active paid subscription.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use a Product to break the law; attempt to breach or bypass its security; resell or sublicense access without our written agreement; or upload content you don't have the right to use. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.

5. Your Data

You own the business data you enter into a Product (customers, transactions, inventory, financial records, etc.). We process it to provide the service and as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time through the Product's own export/report features; contact support for a full data export if you need one in another format.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practical.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kinxso is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of a Product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the Product or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practical.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice before taking effect.
